with your first phone call to one of our trained Estimators for a
drive-in estimate, or in the worst case, a vehicle that needs to be
towed in, that estimator will work directly with you through the entire
traumatic process. Our estimators work with all insurance companies to
assure your vehicle is repaired to our New Car Dealership Standards.
Our estimators also have a great command of the knowledge of your
rights regarding insurance companies. Whether you're the insured (it
was your fault & you have a contract with the insurance co.), or
the claimant (it was their fault and no such contract exists), our
estimators will work with the insurance company to keep you informed
along the way toward the highest quality repair possible.
Their
commitment and complete service includes a quality control inspection
during the process and after the vehicle leaves the clean up
department. They then call you and assure all payments are accounted
for and even cashier the final paperwork and delivery.
Our State of the Art Facility:
We service all makes and models in our 15,0000 + square foot Body Shop
and have been serving the Bethesda community for over 68 years with a
reputation for top quality repairs. From our Wolf computerized
electronic measuring system to assure a straight frame after repair, to
our twin DeVilbiss down draft insulated paint booths that protect
against dust and dirt, we have the tools and knowledge. Our shop uses
PPG paints, an American owned Company, with the most advanced
computerized color mixing system available, along with our four angle
spectrometer camera combine to achieve the best color match possible to
your vehicles factory finish. This list goes on with two Hunter laser
Alignment racks, various welders, torches and hand tools. But now lets
move on to the actual Body Technicians and Painters who have the
training and experience to make that quality repair.
Experience, Training & Certifications:
Equipment is very important however the staffs experience is paramount.
Our three painters have been with Chevy Chase Cars an unbelievable
average of 26 years laying down that glossy, rich and long-lasting
finish! Our sheet metal Technicians have been employed with us an
average of 17 years assuring the frame, metal and mechanical components
are aligned back to there original positions. We are a new Car
Dealership selling both Acura and Chevrolet new and used vehicles. Our
staff as a result of that arrangement have many hours of factory
training with both Acura and General Motors. We do repair all other
makes and models and the training for those vehicles is Certified by
both I-Car; Industry Training Alliance and ASE; National Institute
for Automotive Excellence. My staff has a variety of these
Certifications. But most importantly remember; We make friends through
sales…and keep them through service!
